2020年，随着国家环保战略的发展，大唐南京发电厂新增两套高温烟气旁路蒸发废水装置，装置包括干燥塔、气体分布器、雾化器、废水输送系统及塔底输灰系统组成。

该项目具体工艺为每台干燥塔配置一个雾化器，烟气通过气体分布器后进入干燥塔内，与雾化后的浓盐水充分混合，实现废水干燥处理。
The process of the project is to configure an atomizer for each drying tower. The flue gas enters the drying tower through gas disperser and is fully mixed with the atomized and concentrated brine to realize the drying treatment of wastewater.
经喷雾干燥处理后，浓盐水中的盐类被干燥析出，部分混入原烟气的粉尘中，部分流入干燥塔底部，在干燥塔底部设置输灰系统，通过该系统将塔底灰渣输送至电厂现有的灰渣处理系统，析出的另一部分粉尘随烟气夹带流出。
After the spray drying treatment, the salt in the concentrated brine is dried and separated out, part of which is mixed into the dust of the original flue gas, and part of which flows into the bottom of the drying tower. An ash conveying system is set at the bottom of the drying tower. Through this system, the ash at the bottom of the tower is transported to the existing ash treatment system of the power plant, and another part of the dust separated out flows out with the flue gas.
