华星东方公司承建的吉林省梅河口市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2023年06月25日通过72+24小时试运行。
The flue gas cleaning project of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Meihekou City, Jilin Province, undertaken by our company, passed the 72+24 hour trial operation on June 25, 2023.
该项目总设计规模日焚烧处理生活垃圾1200吨。本期工程建设1条600t/d焚烧线，预留1条600t/d焚烧线。分两期建设。烟气处理采用“SNCR[氨水]+半干法[Ca(OH)2浆液]＋干法[Ca(OH)2]+活性炭喷射+袋式除尘+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化工艺”的烟气净化工艺，预留SCR及湿法场地，为我司EPC工程。
The total design scale of this project is to incinerate 1200 tons of household waste per day. One 600t/d incineration line will be constructed in this phase of the project, and one 600t/d incineration line will be reserved. It will be constructed in two phases. The flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas purification process of "SNCR [ammonia water]+semi dry method [Ca(OH)2slurry]+dry method [Ca(OH)2]+activated carbon injection+bag dust removal+fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process", with reserved SCR and wet site for our EPC project.
