导读:危险废物处置是当前我国环保领域的热土。由于危险废物来源分散,特性复杂多变,焚烧处置技术门槛高,运营难度大,设施的安全稳定运行及二次污染控制面临较大挑战。黄爱军先生在清华大学取得环境工程硕士学位后,长期在危险废物处置一线从事技术研发和运营管理工作,现为国家环境保护危险废物处置工程技术(重庆)中心总工程师、新中天环保股份有限公司总工程师、中国环保产业协会固废专业委员会副主任,在危险废物回转窑焚烧工程技术与运营管理方面具有丰富的研究经历与实践经验。本报告为黄爱军先生为环保部土壤司主办,各省环保厅、固废中心、督查中心从事危险废物管理的技术人员参加的“2017年危险废物管理与技术高级研修班”授课课件的浓缩版,在此分享,供大家交流学习。
