华星东方承建的湖北省十堰市生活垃圾焚烧发电工程烟气净化项目于2023年06月15日开工建设。
The flue gas cleaning project of Shiyan Municipal solid waste incineration power generation in Hubei Province, undertaken by Huaxing East, has started construction since 15th. Jun 2023.
该项目设计规模日焚烧处理生活垃圾1200吨，一期工程焚烧线采用1x600t/d机械炉排炉。烟气净化采用“炉内SNCR（氨水）+炉内高分子脱硝（预留）＋半干法(消石灰浆液)＋干法(消石灰喷射)＋活性炭喷射＋袋式除尘器+SCR（预留）+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化”的处理工艺，为我司设备供货工程。
The design scale of this project is 1200 tons of household waste incineration per day. The incineration line of the first phase has taken 1x600t/d mechanical grate furnace. Flue gas cleaning adopts the treatment process of "SNCR (ammonia water)+ high molecular denitrification (reserved)+ semi-dry method (slaked lime slurry)+ dry method (slaked lime spray)+ activated carbon spray + bag dust collector +SCR (reserved)+ fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization", all of which have been supplied by HEPT.
